Xenon Lights Legal Australia
I was wondering if it was illegal and how do I legalize my HID xenon headlight for my R34 GTT? Any help is appreciated and I need to eliminate deficiencies in 7 days. wth. They should upgrade to be legal, mine are a step better to have manual height adjustment on the dashboard. BMWs, Mercs, etc. have HID standards and they are legal. It`s really a joke to make Vicroad`s stupid rules, if I change my lights it`s illegal, but if a compliance connection obstructs them with strange diffusion patterns by installing adapters and halogen bulbs, is that better? My s3 33r still never had the xenons for that It`s illegal because it doesn`t level the lights on its own. I was arrested by the Vic Roads police today and they ran over my car because it had a HID xenon headlight as well as an Air Pod and FMIC filter. They said the lighthouse was not standard and illegal. But to answer your question, there is no way to make it legal. That`s why Compliance converts them to H1 globes.
If you want less attention, go for a range of 5000-6000k (white). Since the guys in blue aim more at the blue headlights. ^^^no, because that`s how they passed ADRs. Not illegal. Were there xenon lamps that were legal? The only reason I ask is that when I was arrested, it was because of my lights saying there were hidden lights, I told him that these were the lights that come with the car, I had to open the hood and he came in with his flashlight (it was 2 am) and looked behind the lights and after looking, was right, it`s good, then he switched to EPA me lol thanks guys for the advice. At this point, I think I need to take it to the mechanics and ask them if they could do something about the light and stay legal. Lol, it`s hard to be attracted because of them. Most of the time people are done, that`s when they`re already arrested and the police have nothing else on you, so they hack your lights lol. There are a number of laws in Australia to make HIDs legal when they leave the factory. I believe they are illegal and should be removed when the vehicle is full, unless they are private imports, in which case they leave them, but they are still illegal.
someone please correct me if I`m wrong, although HIDs are illegal if you don`t have headlight washers. This is a faulty violation because dust particles can deflect light onto oncoming conductors. exactly ~ I was wondering how to fix it to eliminate the gaps ~ dam ~ (at least on RTGs. Were they an option for the Nissan GTT?). I work on European cars every day, many of them have HIDs and I know some don`t have headlight washers. As for the defect. If you can ask someone who is not a total idiot and realize that these are factory items to write you an RWC, you should be fine. I also have one. has never been questioned. strange.
Now no more worries when driving the car Most modern cars comply with legislation (as we said, washing machines for headlights, automatic leveling, etc.). Unfortunately, most Jap cars from the 90s do not comply with these laws and are therefore removed when imported. R34, S15, R33 S3 GTR, etc. Wow, it`s pretty rare to overflow. Unhappy!. Yes, although it is factory, but if factory items do not comply with the shutdown rules, they should come out during compliance. If you want, I can convert mine back to H1 for a little money and lend it to you to fix your defect. Also have a standard air box. It is also rare to get fat for them, especially on the streets vic lol.
But my car still has it and I know a lot of people here still have it. The number of cars walking around hidden. They must have been pretty unlucky to be blown up for it. Haha, and the water does not direct/diffuse the light? I live in Melbourne where it rains all the time, so it should be fine anyway. However, being punished for this is quite rare.
